Canada set to join Amerika and Europe in the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA).
What’s it all about ? Put simply, the ACTA would turn Border Patrol into Corporate Copyright Agents - searching your iPod, Laptop or other electronic device for “illegal content”. Government protecting corporate interests ? Surely not.
Couple that with border searches worldwide - and there’s a larger problem here.
Privacy and Freedom. Watch out for that boot.

The ‘grok’ moment is one of my favourites - a yum brain-click when reality shifts and the path suddenly widens. It happened to me with PHP the other day, and now it’s the turn of JavaScript - with my discovery of the simply genius jQuery.
